These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Cloud9 FreedomTV’s IPTV streaming service (“Service”) provided by Cloud9 FreedomTV (“Company”). By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
2. Description of Service
Cloud9 FreedomTV provides access to live television channels and on-demand video content via IPTV technology for personal, non-commercial use only. Channel availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Subscription fees are charged at purchase and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor. A processing fee may apply to card transactions and will be disclosed at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 12-hour free trial for new customers, limited to one per household. We reserve the right to deny or revoke a free trial at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not share account credentials outside your household, redistribute or resell the Service, reverse-engineer any security features, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
6. Device Limits
Each plan specifies the number of simultaneous streams permitted. Exceeding your device limit may result in service interruption or account suspension without refund.
7. Service Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control do not entitle you to a refund unless prolonged and directly caused by us.
8. Intellectual Property
All content accessible through the Service is protected by copyright. You may not record, download, or redistribute any content accessed through the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any particular channel will be available at any given time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud9 FreedomTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
