At Cloud9 FreedomTV, we strive to provide the best experience for our subscribers. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1) General Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date. After this window, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or technical issues.

2) Non-Refundable Purchases

  • Free trials, discounted plans, and promotional offers are non-refundable.
  • Payments for additional devices or temporary upgrades are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not available if issues result from customer-side limitations (e.g., internet speed, device compatibility, ISP blocking, or VPN usage).

3) Service Interruptions

Because Cloud9 FreedomTV relies on third-party providers, occasional service interruptions or buffering may occur. These are beyond our direct control and are not eligible for refunds. In certain cases, we may provide goodwill credits or extensions at our discretion.

4) Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts involved in fraudulent or unauthorized disputes may be suspended or terminated without refund. Abuse may also be reported to payment processors.

5) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 3-day window, contact us directly via email or WhatsApp. Please include your order details (plan, purchase date, and payment method). Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6) Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
